WHITE PEACH Liqueur
Few know that there are more than 300 varieties of peaches still grown in the US. Of the several varieties in New York (most can't stand our winters!) we chose white peach for how well the aroma and taste blends together to create an exquisitely delicate liqueur. Our white peach creates a classic bellini or can elevate your whiskey based cocktails, but also allows you to be as creative as you want to be with all kinds of spirits and cocktails.

In the Air
1.5oz Heimat New York White Peach
1.5oz Rye Whiskey
0.75oz Bitter liqueur
0.75oz Lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake until chilled. Serve over one large ice cube
Jalisco Lowball
1.5oz Heimat New York White Peach
1.25oz Tequila (Joven)
0.5oz Lime juice

Fill a shaker with ice cubes and add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a lowball glass filled with ice.
White Wine Peach Sangria
750ml Dry white wine
250ml Heimat New York White Peach
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup fresh bite size peaches
Sparkling water or Prosecco

Combine the white wine, liqueur, fresh fruit, and then leave in the fridge for at least four hours. Stir gently just before you're ready to serve. Fill each glass about 3/4 full and then top with sparkling water or prosecco
Jasmine tea
3-4oz Jasmine Tea
1--2oz Heimat New York White Peach
0.5oz Lemon juice

Stir, strain over ice, garnish with lemon slice and mint. Add a splash of Soda for a spritz.
Pfeasy
2oz Heimat New York White Peach
2oz Gin
0.75oz Lemon juice

Fill a shaker with ice cubes and add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a low glass filled with ice.
MANOR PEACH
1oz Heimat New York White Peach
4oz Chilled white wine
Slice of lemon
Sparkling water
Pour liqueur and white wine in a wine glass, top with sparkling water to taste and add a lice a slice of lemon
Breslauer
Sour
2.5oz Whiskey
1oz Heimat New York White Peach
0.5oz Lemon juice
- Add these ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until cold. Pour into a rocks glass with ice

Add 0.75oz Heimat Raspberry liqueur by pouring it gently down one side of the glass
White Peach mulled wine
8oz Heimat New York White Peach
750ml Dry white wine​
3 cloves
3 Orange slices
2 Cinnamon sticks
2 Tablespoons honey
1 Star Anise

Bring everything to a simmer (don't boil) and serve when you're ready
Mint Gallop
1oz Heimat New York White Peach
2oz Bourbon
Mint leaves (at least 8)

Add the mint leaves to a glass and add the liqueur. Lightly muddle. Add crushed ice, bourbon, mix well, and top again with crushed ice.
Peach on the beach
2oz Heimat New York White Peach
1oz Heimat New York Cranberry (or alternatively 1oz cranberry juice)
1oz Orange juice

Fill a shaker with ice cubes and add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a peach if available
