Rhubarb Mojito
2oz Heimat New York Rhubarb
2oz White rum
2oz Chilled soda water
6 Mint leaves
1/2 Lime, sliced in wedges
Add the mint and lime wedges to the bottom of a lowball glass, and use a muddler to smash all together. Add the rhubarb, rum, soda water and stir for 10 seconds

Little Havana
1oz Heimat New York Rhubarb
1.5oz White rum
0.5oz Rosemary Syrup
0.25oz Lemon juice Egg white
Combine all ingredients with ice cubes in a shaker and shake until cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Strawberry Rhubarb Margarita
1.5oz Heimat New York Rhubarb
1.5oz Strawberry syrup
1oz Tequila
0.5oz Lime juice
1-2 tsp agave nectar (optional)
Run a lime around the rim of your glass and then dip the rim in salt. In a shaker with ice, add all ingredients and shake vigorously.

Rhubarb sour
3oz Heimat New York Rhubarb
2oz Gin
1oz lemon juice
1 Egg white
Combine all ingredients with ice cubes in a shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Pour into a chilled lowball glass

Rhubello
2oz Heimat New York Rhubarb
2oz Tequila
0.5oz Grapefruit juice
0.5oz Lime
3oz Soda water or Tonic water
Pour the liqueur, tequila, grapefruit juice, and lime juice over ice and stir for 10-15 seconds. Top with soda water or tonic water

Rhubarb
Frosé
750ml bottle of Rosé
8oz Heimat New York Rhubarb
1 cup strawberries
Pour the rosé into a shallow pan and freeze overnight. In a blender, mix the strawberries with your Rhubarb liqueur. Then add the frozen rosé and blend until smooth. Place back in the freezer until you are ready to serve

The Rhubin
2oz Heimat New York Rhubarb
1oz Gin
1oz lemon juice
2-4oz Champagne or Soda water
Combine liqueur, gin and lemon juice in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Fill into two glasses and top with Soda Water or Champagne

Rhubarb vermouth
3oz Heimat New York Rhubarb
1oz Dry vermouth
0.5oz Gin
0.5oz Lemon juice
Combine all ingredients with ice cubes in a shaker and shake until chilled. Divide between two glasses
