Raspberries are without a doubt the most delicate fruit that we deal with. Sensitive to temperature, packaging, and any type of handling, we take great pains to ensure our raspberries stay fresh before we begin crafting our liqueurs. So after we pick them up near the Finger Lakes in Upstate New York, we hurry back as fast as we can and start crafting the same day. Our raspberry liqueur is renowned for the its wonderful aroma and versatility with all kinds of cocktails.

Tonic water
Spritz of lime
Fill long drink glass with several ice cubes and add the raspberry liqueur. Top with tonic water and spritz of lime

0.5oz Heimat New York Raspberry
0.5oz Heimat New York Blackberry
3oz Dry white wine or Prosecco
Sparkling water
Add both of the liqueurs to a champagne glass, add the white wine or Prosecco, then top with sparkling water to taste

Crushed ice
Frozen honey dew melon balls to garnish
Add all ingredients to a long drink glass and stir for at least 10 seconds. Top off with sparkling water for added fizz

- Add these ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until cold. Pour into a rocks glass with ice
Add 0.75oz Heimat Raspberry liqueur by pouring it gently down one side of the glass

8oz Rich Hot Chocolate (with milk)
2oz Heimat New York Raspberry
Stir well then add your favorite toppings such as whipped cream, marshmallows, and raspberries

2oz Tequila
0.5oz Lime juice
3 Mint leaves
Handful frozen strawberries and raspberries
Handful ice cubes
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
Raspberry Sour
2oz Heimat New York Raspberry
1.5oz Gin
1oz Lemon juice
1 Egg white
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for at least 15 seconds. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass
Raspberry Cosmopolitan
2oz Heimat New York Raspberry
0.5oz Triple sec
0.5oz Lime juice
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Serve in a martini glass
Curiously Cupid
2oz Heimat New York Raspberry
2oz Coconut creamer or heavy cream
1oz Tequila
0.25oz Lemon juice
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well. Pour into a rocks glass with ice. Alternatively, do not shake with the Raspberry liqueur and gently pour it down the side of the glass for a red/white contrast
