One of the few fruits native to North America, cranberries grow mostly in the northern states and we are lucky to have several farms in New York. We head upstate just as the leaves begin to turn color and the farmers are busy working in the flooded bogs. Our cranberry liqueur is as versatile around the holidays as it is during the summer months. Trust us, if you've ever tried our cranberry liqueur with a cold hard cider on a hot summer day you'll know what we're talking about. Our cranberry liqueur is particularly noted for the balance between tart and sweet.

1.5oz Tequila
1oz Heimat New York Cranberry
.5oz Fresh Lime Juice
In a shaker with ice, add all ingredients and shake vigorously. Pour into chilled glass and enjoy.

0.75oz Heimat New York Cranberry
0.5oz Cointreau
0.5oz Lime juice
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a champagne flute. Top with Prosecco or champagne.

1oz Heimat New York Cranberry
1oz Rye whiskey
1oz Sweet Vermouth
1-2 drops of bitters (if desired)
Add all ingredients into a glass with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass with ice.

0.25oz Triple Sec
0.25oz Lime juice
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Pour into a martini glass to serve

1oz Heimat New York Cranberry
1oz Gin
0.75oz Sweet vermouth
Mix all ingredients together in a lowball glass with an ice cube and stir until chilled. Add 1-2 dashes of bitters if preferred
Cranberry Sangria
1 cup Heimat New York Cranberry
3 cups Dry red wine
1/4 cup Triple sec
1 orange cut into slices
1 cup cranberries
Add all ingredients into a pitcher and mix well. Can be served right way, kept in the fridge, or heated up

1.5oz Heimat New York Cranberry
1.5oz Sweet Vermouth
1.5oz Prosecco
Orange Twist
Pour Vermouth and liqueur into a lowball glass filled with ice, stir, top with Prosecco and garnish with an orange twist.
Cranberry Punch
2oz Heimat New York Cranberry
4oz Orange juice
1oz Vodka (optional)
Add all ingredients and stir well. Add a couple frozen cranberries and garnish with an orange and/or cinnamon stick.
Cranberry Cider
2oz Heimat New York Cranberry
6oz Hard apple cider
Pour the liqueur into a glass of your choice and top with chilled hard apple cider.

Add liqueur and rum into a clear mug or glass. Slowly add the eggnog and stir if desired
