1.5oz Rye whiskey

0.5oz Heimat New York Bosc Pear

0.5oz Sweet vermouth

2 dashes of bitters


Combine all ingredients into a shaker and shake until chilled. Strain over an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with a lemon or orange

Bosc Fizz

2oz Heimat New York Bosc Pear

2oz Gin

1oz Lemon juice

Soda water

Fill a shaker with ice cubes and add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a low glass filled with ice. Top with 2-3oz of soda water


2oz Rye Whiskey

0.75oz Heimat New York Bosc Pear

0.25oz Maple syrup

Dash Cinnamon

Orange twist


Combine all ingredients except the orange in a glass and stir well. Then add ice and the orange twist

Pear Martini

4oz Heimat New York Bosc Pear

1oz Dry vermouth

1.5oz Lemon vanilla syrup

Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled and divide between two martini glasses

Bosc pear

Mulled wine

8oz Heimat New York Bosc Pear

750ml Dry white wine

3 cloves

3 Orange slices

2 Cinnamon sticks

2 Tablespoons honey

1 Star Anise

Bring everything to a simmer (don't boil) and serve when you're ready

Pear's Flair

3oz Heimat New York Bosc Pear

3oz Gin 

1.5oz Lemon juice

2 cups of ice

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Use a mint or lemon as a garnish
